Meet The Chef

I am a passionate and experienced Chef, focusing on upscale dining, with twenty two years of experience as an Executive Chef. Thirteen years of my experience come from the luxury resort sector, with twelve years of that supporting the Canyon Ranch vision, and spearheading the Canyon Ranch Lenox culinary team. From this experience I have had the privilege of working with an elite clientele, and have created incredible menus showcasing some of the world’s best ingredients.

My cuisine is inspired by local and regional farms and businesses. I am dedicated to "food with integrity" and creating unique flavor combinations. Join me on a journey of culinary exploration!
